Codeline Vessel Types
Fiberglass Pressure Vessels
Codeline fiberglass vessels are the most cost-effective option for commercial RO applications with feed water pressures up to 300 psi (21 bar). Available in 2.5", 4", and 8" internal diameters for 1 to 7 membrane elements per vessel. End-port and side-port configurations available.
Stainless Steel Pressure Vessels
For high-pressure seawater RO applications and demanding industrial environments, Codeline offers 316L stainless steel pressure vessels rated up to 1,200 psi (83 bar). Stainless vessels are specified for SWRO systems, chemical processing, and applications requiring elevated temperature or aggressive cleaning protocols.
Vessel Selection Guide
- 2.5" vessels: Small-scale residential and light commercial RO systems
- 4" vessels: Small to medium commercial RO (1–3 elements per vessel)
- 8" vessels: Large commercial and industrial RO (3–7 elements per vessel)
